Happy Valentine's Day!

Hello peeps! I haven't updated in a week or so. That's because I've been busy doing random stuff like:

1. Watching Monk. OMG I LOVE THIS SHOW. Right now I'm up to Season 4, but I think Seasons 1 and 2 are the best because I love Sharona and Dr. Kroger.
2. Testing out my new kitchen gadgets. My latest hobby is investing in quality kitchen appliances because I'm sick of the cheap Wallymart ones going kaputt after a year. So my new loves are my Cuisinart Coffee Maker (DA BEST), Oster blender (not bad), Wilton bakingware (kicks a**), Microplane grater (phenomenal), Sunbeam spatulas (rocks), and Oxo can opener (haven't tried yet). :)))))) After all, how is one expected to cook without the right tools??? I wish I had more space in my kitchen!
   
3. Making chiffon cakes. Ever since I bought my chiffon cake pan a month ago I've made 2 pandan cakes and 2 orange chiffon cakes, in an attempt to find the best recipe. Still searching for the perfect one.....
4. Figuring out what's wrong with my tire. I am soooo mad with the stupid dumb Nissan dealer in town. Took my car back to them THREE times but each time they can't figure out why there's a slow leak on my tire. In fact the b**** insinuated that I imagined the whole thing and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the tire. Wtf. I'm taking it to another mechanic tomorrow and if *they* find out what's wrong with it... Kendrick Nissan in Lafayette, IN can look forward to one long complain letter from me. Plus they better pay me back.
5. Therapy, babysitting, working.

Lotsa people have been asking me about my plans after graduation in August. I get frequent mail, emails, and phone calls from recruiters, so presumably there are jobs out there for me. At ASHA last year, a lady offered me a job in Alaska after hearing my 3-min speech! (But no freaking way am I moving to Alaska). I guess I'm pretty lucky to be in a profession that's still in demand despite the recession. We'll see.
